A remarkably large and sophisticated chandelier dating from circa 1890–1910. Richly crafted throughout, it reflects exceptional quality in both its finely gilt brass framework with bronze mounts and its magnificent Bohemian crystal.

The chandelier is believed to have been imported to Finland from Russia and is said to have hung in a private theatre in Turku. Its impressive scale is matched by the elegance of its design and the superb quality of its craftsmanship.
